  • Team building: connect client with experts in the fields of real estate, architecture and design, finance, construction, and marketing and PR; administer RFPs and guide the hiring process
  • Lead project team: administer meetings; develop agendas and record minutes; manage the completion of key project milestones
  • Oversee project timeline and budget
  • Guide community and government relations strategy; manage outreach to elected officials
  • Manage compliance with lenders, donors, and government agencies
